The 600 coil winding machine is a multi-speed, large-capacity, high-torque coil winding machine.
It has a four-speed gearbox and precision control to deliver consistent coils across runs.
Reverse Bend System
The reverse bend system eliminates the need for pounding or manually pressing coils into shape, ensuring more uniform and compact winding results. By naturally tightening the coil as it forms, this system produces higher-quality, more consistent coils while also reducing overall wire usage.
The design is featured on the Broomfield 600C series, offering efficiency and precision in every production run.
Flexible Coil Setups
Setup time is minimized through the use of advanced electronic controls that precisely set wire pitch and automatically stop at the desired turns count (600C). The operator simply enters the required parameters and adjusts the winding width stops, allowing for quick and repeatable setup changes.
Winding speed ranges are easily selected, enabling smooth transitions between different coil sizes and production requirements.
Electronic Wire Guide Traverse
The 600 Series includes an advanced electronic wire guide traverse for precise and consistent coil layering. Two winding modes—Parallel and Spiral—allow operators to match the coil geometry and wire type.
Available on the 600C model, this system ensures smooth, accurate wire placement for uniform layers and repeatable coil quality.
