Trickle impregnation of armature stators can be performed using the TM-50, equipped with optional tooling to securely hold the parts and accurately position the applicators based on the stator size and configuration.
Custom stator trickling systems are also available to accommodate larger stators, unique production requirements, and stators with plastic-coated wire leads.
Automation options include programmable positioning of the trickle applicators and other customizable features to suit your process.
