Broomfield offers several standard and custom designs of paper insulation handling equipment that may be incorporated into wire winding machine models.
These can accommodate various configurations of insulation paper from a single full width roll to multiple smaller rolls for winding more than one coil simultaneously.
Pneumatic tensioning helps keep the coil compact with controls at the front of the machine for easy operator use. A Roller assembly near to the coil allows the operator to reach the leading edge of the paper from the front of the machine.
