The design of Broomfield wire and strip transformer winding machines, which optimizes the configuration of various assemblies, results in efficient material handling and effective tensioning, keeping machine size to a minimum.
These winding machines offer an extra heavy-duty, welded and machined steel frame. This guarantees the accurate alignment of all payoffs and guides with the winding axis.

600C Wire Winder*
Versatile, heavy duty design
The Broomfield 600 coil winding machine is very popular for manufacturing distribution transformer coils because of its large capacity, heavy duty design and versatility.
There are three models available
Options: Multiple coils simultaneously, layer insulation dereeler/tensioner, edge fill strips, fold down tailstock, expandable mandrels – lengths up to 177” (4500mm).
350C Wire Winder*
Wind heavy, round and shaped wire
The Broomfield 350 will wind heavier round or shaped wire onto coils up to 28" (711mm) diameter. Four speed ranges and very versatile, this is one of our most popular models of wire winders.
Options: Multiple coils simultaneously, layer insulation dereeler/tensioner, edge fill strips, fold down tailstock, expandable mandrels.
